Celebrating your second spring
Hot flushes, irritability, memory fog, achy joints, headaches, night sweats. Just some of the symptoms many women face from the perimenopause through to the cessation of periods and the beginning of menopause. In Western societies the menopause is often thought of as a time of loss. A loss of youth, fertility, visibility. But in some Eastern cultures the onset of the menopause is more positively referred to as the beginning of your second spring. It's a time that ushers in the beginning of the third phase of a woman's life and is a time to be celebrated.

In my menopause classes and workshops, I invite you to be in community with other women. They offer the opportunity to be truly heard; to practise yoga specifically designed for women in perimenopause, menopause and post menopause; and to educate and empower yourself so you're in control of your menopause journey.
