Meet Patsy
Namaste. I’m a teacher and forever student of the beautiful art of yoga. I'm also a woman in mid-life, navigating the menopause and my own evolving body, mind and purpose in life. Our journey in life at this time isn't about invisibility, although society can often make us feel like this. No, life now is about becoming. About growing into the women we were always supposed to be. It's never too late to start practising yoga or the many mindful practices associated with it, so make it a gift to yourself. I look forward to practising with you.
