If you're feeling stretched, overwhelmed or disconnected from the woman you once were, you're not alone. Midlife is not an ending – it's an invitation to become. Through Hatha yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and reflective practices, I support women to create space to pause, reconnect and move forward with intention. Together, we'll explore what it means to honour your experiences, trust your inner wisdom, accept change and grow into the next chapter of your life with courage, clarity and confidence.

Meet Patsy

Namaste. I’m a teacher and forever student of the beautiful art of yoga. I teach regular weekly classes in Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, but also offer corporate classes, retreats and private one-to-one sessions in person and online. It's never too late to practice yoga so make it a gift to yourself. I look forward to practising with you.​​
